He is quite a catch!

This would be the 2nd round card I ever made. Thanks for the challenge Donna! Donna at StampTV of course. I had my pastels out for the Pullin' Pastels challenge, so I figured why not use them again? I wanted to get a muted, blended sky and water look. The little sponges that come with the set of pastels, just don't cut it for me. I don't have any of the larger sponges, so what's a girl to do? Use my Mary Kay demo eye applicators of course. They really last too, just wash them. My circle looks funny, maybe because I cut then embossed. O-Kay here is what I used:
