Fairy Bella

I finally made a card to post! It's just been a crazy week, well...2 crazy weeks. I was working on a challenge card and it wasn't coming together, so I came up with this cutie. The scallops are just 2 punched out and each cut in half. I added the dots to dress them up a little bit. The Bella fairy is colored with Koh-I-Noor, Prismacolor, oms, and blending stump. Thanks for looking!

I almost forgot to tell you about the Band. You know my dd plays trumpet in the high school band, she's a Freshman. The first home football game was last night. The band sounded and looked great, we were so proud. My friend decided we need to get shirts that say "shhhh, I'm here for the band". What do you think? I think it's a great idea. I think I spotted my dd once or twice. If you have ever tired to locate a child in a band, then you know it's almost impossible! The home team won, but really, I am there for the band. My bff took 6 teenagers to the church Family Camp right after the game. They will have a good time. The 3 girls will have to go to bed early tonight though. They have their first soccer game tomorrow. With a new coach, some new team members and new age bracket, it should be interesting...and definatey FUN.
