I was working on a Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge and it morphed into this card. After I did all of that work placing eyelets and threading the ribbon, I didn't want it covered up at all. When this card came about, I realized it was to late to submit it for the challenge. Ah, well, it isn't the exact sketch anyway. Hope I have better luck with today's MMSC!
Supplies:
card stock: pink pirouette, pixi pink (SU) / dp: pacific point prints/patterns (SU) / ink: basic black (SU) / stamp sets: a year of flowers (Melanie Muenchinger for GKD) / other: white eyelets, white organzia ribbon, rhinestone brad, pink gigham ribbon, oval punches (SU), koh-i-noor pencils, oms, blending stump (GKD)

WOW, Lori, this is gorgeous!!! Love that ribbon treatment and that flower in the center is stunning!!! I guess another stamp set I need to add to my wishlist ;D. Hugs, Sabrina
You know what, I think this is gorgeous. I love the simplicity of this and that you didn't cover up that beautiful lacing. What the great thing about doing a challenge is making it your own...not a cookie cutter version of everyone else. This is awesome. Thanks for playing with us at MMSC.
