This is a card for the stvcc14. This was Theresa's challenge, see her StampTV page here. The second photo is the inside of the card. I water colored the flower w/ Watercolor Wonder Crayons, love these! I stamped Melanie's "a Year of Flowers" bloom, onto watercolor paper and used an aquapainter.
