Guiding Light

I just love this set, "Guiding Light" by Rupa Shevde, for Gina K Designs. It is so much fun to color!
I made this card for the Potluck Friday challenge STVPF14. The challenge was to use pattern and texture. I am still developing my coloring and highlighting skills, and on building scenes, so I followed MelanieMuenchinger's card closely. For pattern I used Jersey Shore digital paper from Gina K Designs as the water, and a retired cloud template from Stampin' Up for the sky. For the texture I added Stickles to the sand.
