Grandpa's Birthday

Yipee! I found a new sketch challenge blog! CardPatterns Check it out, Nina Brackett, one of the Gina K Design illustrators, is over there!

Here's a birthday card for my father-in-law, that my daughter can send to him. I'm following the Card Patterns sketch 47 challenge today. Nina Brackett announced this challenge on StampTV as she is a CP designer and she is sponsoring this week. Nina is giving away a "Lovely Shelf" set. I don't have this one yet, but I really, really need it! Check it out here, at Gina K Designs. The colors I used follow the Color Throwdown #75.

Garden Green Rich Razzleberry Mellow Moss

I even used a Nina Brackett set, Special Fathers for my card. I didn't realize it at first, I have been thinking of my father-in-law's birthday for a few days! LOL

Supplies
card stock: garden green, rich razzleberry, mellow moss, whisper white (SU)
dp: none
ink: basic gray, basic black (SU)
stamp sets: special fathers by Nina Brackett and inspiration mosaic by Melanie Muenchinger (GKD), retired birthday set (SU)
other: koh-i-noor pure color pencils (GKD), blending stump, oms (lcs) 3/4 " circle punch (SU)
