Made this at a little get together with some girlfriends had awhile back. My friend Susan, is a Stampin' Up demo and she had this card for us to make. Isn't it sweet? She had everything cut out and the top panel embossed. The 'vase' is actually an ornament, stamped and punched out. We cut the pointy bottom off. I also cut off the 'neck' because I stamped my leaves a little to low. The strip of polka dots in the middle is a length of ribbon. Pretty simple, all all SU! products.
