Cutie

My latest scrap book page is my dd, (who else?). Can you believe that first picture? She is 3.5 months old, the photographer just happened to catch the little 'diva' at the right instant! She is very photogenic, as you can see below, with her big 'brother', (BFF's brother by blood). The products are a hodge podge of brands, mostly Stampin' Up. No challenges.

Mom & Dad

Hi all, it's been rainy the last 2 days, so I've been migraine-y, (I know it's not a word, but it should be 'cause I use it all the time). This picture and supplies have been on my desk so I finally put it together. I didn't do it for a challenge and didn't look for one to enter.  Anyway.....This  is a sweet picture of my parents, dressed for Halloween. I'm not sure when it was, but I'm guessing she was 16 and he was 19 and it was around 1960/61.  They were married in 1963 and I was born in 1966, (she was 21).  It works.  OK so, I used Stampin' Up Simply Scrapin' Kit, (retired years ago). The kit worked for the feeling I wanted....young love and fun.

Fathers Day Thinking

This is the second Fathers Day card this year. I wanted my dear father in law to know we were 'thinking of him'. I feel like it's a 'manly' enough card, men like flowers too! ~smile~ The flowers & 'Thinking of you' are from Stampin' Up. The 'It's time... to celebrate you!' & the inside sentiments are from Nina Brackett's set 'Special Fathers' for Gina K Designs.

I was able to enhance a card that I made awhile back using the GKD set by Nina. All I did was position the individual sentiments on a clear block. It is so nice to be able to stamp several stamps at once.

I found a site of talented artists here at Polka Doodles, and am entering their challenge as well a a second entry at Sampin' Sisters in Christ.

I love this stamp set from Stampin' Up. I had so much fun making this CAS card. The dp is hand stamped, and who doesn't love the quote 'the earth laughs in flowers' by e.e. cummings. It's a classic. My SU demo, Susan, had the satin ribbon going across the entire card. Well, I had a bit of a smudge so I used my 'bow easy' to make a double looped bow to set at an angle. I love how it came out!

The Bird and the Bees

I thought this was a fun combo of images and deserved a cute title! My friend Susan designed this for her monthly Stampin' Up StampCamp. I'm surprised I remembered how to post,  I haven't done many challenges lately or visited many blog posts. I'll get back to it when school ends, (in 19 or so days).

How about my watermark? Pretty darn cute ladybugs, huh? Well I can't take credit for it, but maybe you will recognize the image......

Black and White and Pink!!!
A favorite of mine, and I had a great time stamping the swirls. I followed my friend Susan's sketch on this card, at our monthly stamp camp. I made it several months ago and forgot about it. It was on my desktop waiting to be posted. Poor thing.

Good Luck Goodness

 This CAS card was made with all Stampin' Up product. It's one we made at my friend Sue's stamp camp.  I think she showed it with a Happy Birthday sentiment, but I really didn't need one of those so I went with a good luck card. Now if I can only get these cards mailed out more often! Thanks for the visit!

Coffee Anyone?

An Anniversary Card

My friend Susan, who came up with this card thought that, although it was Valentines Day, this would make a great Anniversary card. I agree. What do you think? I just have to remember when that couples wedding date was again...???...

Here is a card we made at Stamp Camp this month. My friend Susan is a SU demo, as you know and she comes up with the cards and it's all SU product. Don't you love all of the 'Paris' this year?

Pretty in pink and red

This is a deco or tag that I made before Christmas, and then gave away. I am home and have some time to post it now. It is colored in rose red and handsome hunter using watercolor wonder crayons from SU. The image is from Designed 2 Delight. The die cut for the ornament is from Our Daily Bread Designs. I had a blast with this image and with this ornament die cut. I gave several away at Christmas but have a few left to photograph and upload. Thanks for visiting! I'm planing to get back to crafting and challenges with the new year.

Jolly St. Nick! Isn't he the best?! I couldn't get the ribbon to work, so I ended up with this, which is fine. My last Stamp Camp Christmas card. Thanks for visiting!

Pearly Tree

This card is a little lumpy, it will have to be hand delivered, I think. The pearls just added the right touch. Susan had an inked background for us to do, but I didn't like how mine turned out. Gotta love stamp camps!

Peace on Earth

Quick post to show this one. The embossed image is from Stampin'Up, actually it's all SU. The clear self-adhesive gems are really pretty in real life, lots of colors reflected. Another Stamp Camp card from Susan's.

Stamp Camp Angel

This is a Stampin' Up card that we made at  monthly stamp camp. As usual my friend Susan designed the card and provide everything. Thinking of You (filler card)

This is a card that I made at our October card making get together. Everything is stampin' Up. I call this a filler card, for those days when I don't have a thing to post. ~grins~
